Why I'm Running
I am running for Henderson Municipal Court Judge because I am committed to upholding integrity, accountability, and impartiality in our courts.

Being a judge is about applying the law while respecting all people who enter the courtroom. Decisions should be fair, balanced, and made with an understanding of how that decision will bring justice.
Throughout my career, I have seen how the justice system can profoundly affect people’s lives. I am engaged with community partners to understand the impact on law enforcement, victims, families, and the accused. I have worked with individuals, including veterans, facing mental health challenges, families navigating housing instability, and those struggling with substance use. These experiences have shown me the importance of accountability and thoughtful decision-making that is both just and effective to secure safety and reduce recidivism.

Justice is not only what happens inside the courtroom. It is reflected in the safety of our neighborhoods, the respect shown to victims, the efficient use of resources, and the fairness extended to every individual.

Henderson is my home. It is where I live, work, and raise my family. I am deeply committed to making decisions that protect our community, uphold the law, and reflect the values we all share.

As judge, I will bring fairness, impartiality, and dedication to every case that comes before me.

Vote Catherine Wiersch for Henderson Municipal Court Judge, Department 1.
